Program Details:
- Cost: $100 total for 6-8 sessions
- What’s Included:
- 6-7 In Gym Development Sessions with a focus on hitting, pitching, fielding, catchers and understanding the game of baseball
- 1 session at Bullet Proof Hitting Cages (date to be determined)
- 1 classroom session covering tactics, defensive positioning, strategy, and rules (date to be determined)
- Curriculum: A detailed outline of skills for each session will be provided in advance, along with YouTube links and additional resources for at-home review and workouts.
Session Dates: (we will look to add additional dates as *makeups* or as bonus sessions as they become available)
- January 19, February 2, February 16, March 2, March 30 - All sessions at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary (formerly, Monsignor Clancy)
- Plus minimum of two additional dates (to be scheduled)
Session Times:
- 9U: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- 11U: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- 13U & 15U: 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM
We’re taking a progressive and focused approach to development, and we believe these sessions will provide tremendous value for house-league and select players alike.
